His published works include The Headhunter Strategy (ISBN 0-47181943-3, John Wiley & Sons), selected by three business book clubs; The Executive Search Research Directory (ISBN 1-878451-20-0, 11th Edition), the industry standard reference on freelance executive search research assistants; and The Euro Directory – Executive Search & Selection Firms in Europe. Cole’s articles on executive search, search research, and related subjects have appeared in at least twenty-six national publications.
